Nestled amidst the scenic foothills of the San Gabriel Mountains, Arcadia, CA, a mere stone's throw from Pasadena, is known for its opulent estates and majestic oak trees. We were entrusted with the revitalization of this 6,000-square-foot, 4 bedroom and 4 1/2 bathroom home, built in the 1940s and revamped in the 1990s, adorned with an array of traditional embellishments, textures, and vibrant hues. The client’s vision was a contemporary, luminous sanctuary befitting a family of four, all while leaving the dwelling's original façade untouched to blend with its traditional surroundings.
Even though the exterior was left as is, in contrast, every nook and cranny of the home's interior underwent a transformative reimagination, manifesting our clients' aspirations while paying homage to the dwelling's inherent allure.

Collaborating intimately with our worldly client, we curated every facet of interior furnishings and décor, ensuring that each element speaks to their unique sensibilities, thereby culminating in a living space that is not only aesthetically pleasing but, most importantly, an extension of their individuality and style.
Originally separated, we integrated the dining room with the kitchen and family room, fostering a cohesive living environment. A former large bar/game room was repurposed into a guest suite, allowing us to add a butler’s pantry accessible from within the kitchen cabinetry. In addition, we reconfigured the secondary bedrooms into luxurious en-suites including bathrooms and expansive walk-in closets.

Finally, the primary suite was transformed into a tranquil, spa-inspired haven, offering respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
